For nearly a decade, Frank Karako served as an analyst and advisor helping senior military and government leaders make critical decisions about how to best allocate limited resources to accomplish strategic objectives. While serving overseas, he recognized that senior leaders have little time to interpret lots of information, and often need a "Bottom Line Up Front" assessment to quickly make a decision. Although Frank has been an Associate Real Estate Broker in San Diego, CA for nearly 10 years, he continues to serve part-time as a reserve status US Army Warrant Officer with over 18 years of service.

Frank is an Associate Broker at Big Block Realty and completed his Masters of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) at the University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. Frank is a Combat Veteran and a Founding Member of the Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) network of Certified Agents. ADPI strives to educate, mentor and empower active duty military members, veterans, spouses and family to reach financial freedom through passive income in real estate investing. ADPI's goal is for its members to own as much of America as possible.
